Alaina Cafardi Earns Steelers Leadership Award

Senior Alaina Cafardi has been honored with the Jerome Bettis Leadership Award, presented by the Pittsburgh Steelers, The Mentoring Partnership, and Giant Eagle. This award recognizes high school girls who play flag football from around the region who go above and beyond to be a
leader in their community and offer support and encouragement to their teammates and peers

Alaina is an exceptional leader at Pine‑Richland High School and a driving force behind the school's inaugural Girls' Flag Football program. She is consistently supportive of her peers, encouraging others and celebrating their success. Alaina leads with empathy, confidence, and positivity, bringing teammates together both on and off the field. Her passion for service and mentorship inspires those around her and sets a strong example for future generations of athletes.
