Voluntary Accident Insurance

PRSD has approved Student Accident Insurance for the upcoming school year with United States Fire Insurance Company. This is a service offered by the school, and participation is purely voluntary. Download an enrollment form »

The coverage is as follows:

• School-time Coverage—Accident coverage for the hours and days when school is in session and while your child is attending school-sponsored activities.
• 24-hour Coverage—Accident coverage is around-the-clock insurance for your child anywhere. It protects your child during school days, vacations and weekends.
