Courtney Kashiwsky proudly serves as the Program Director and Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Pine-Richland High School, a role she began on April 21, 2025. She brings a well-rounded and accomplished background in cheerleading and performance athletics, with personal experience in high school cheerleading, all star cheerleading, and collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling.
Her coaching career spans multiple levels, including serving as a head coach at the collegiate level from 2017 to 2021, during which she successfully launched and led an inaugural program. Upon returning to the Pittsburgh area, Courtney continued to elevate the sport through her role as an elite team coach at a nationally recognized all star program. She has also contributed her expertise to a variety of school, recreational, and all star cheer programs by facilitating stunting clinics, leading choreography sessions, and supporting athlete development through customized training experiences.
Courtney is passionate about building a culture of excellence, leadership, and team unity within the Pine-Richland Cheerleading program. Her vision is to develop well-rounded student-athletes who thrive both on and off the mat, fostering personal growth and responsibility which supports learning inside and outside of the classroom. She is committed to expanding opportunities for her athletes while promoting school spirit and community pride.

Coach Cameron graduated from North Allegheny High School where she was a varsity sideline and competitive cheerleader all 4 years. Cameron then went to Duquesne University to receive her bachelor's degree in early childhood education. She now is working towards her masters in reading and a reading specialist certification at Slippery Rock University, while also working in an elementary school. This is Coach Cameron's first year as a cheerleading coach at Pine Richland. She will be the Middle School Competition Head Coach as well as a Varsity Sideline Assistant Coach.
Alyssia started her cheerleading career in elementary school and began All-start competitive cheer in middle school. She cheered for her high school sideline team for all 4 years, in addition to a year of high school competitive cheer as well. During college, Alyssia was a member of the Robert Morris University cheerleading team as a sideline cheerleader and as a competitive cheerleader representing RMU at NCAA nationals. She has also been a tryout judge for a nearby high school for the past 3 years.
Aside from cheerleading, Alyssia was involved in many clubs and activities during her 4 years at Robert Morris University. She graduated in 2022 with two bachelor's degrees, Financial Planning and Accounting. She currently works in Cranberry Township for EHD Insurance and is looking forward to advancing in her career within Commercial Insurance.
This season is Alyssia's third year coaching at Pine Richland. She began as the Junior Varsity coach and transitioned into a Varsity coach last year. This year she is excited to continue coaching the Varsity athletes while also having the opportunity to coach the Traditional and Gameday Competition teams as well.
Coach Morgan is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated from North Allegheny High School in 2017. She was on the Varsity Sideline and Competition team there as well as Captain of her team her senior year.
Morgan then went to Bowling Green State University (BGSU) to be a member of the cheerleading team there. Morgan has also been a member of UCA staff and Judge for the last 6 years. While in college Morgan also coached a middle school, high school varsity, and varsity cheerleading competition team.
Outside of work morgan is a huge fan of running as well as cooking! She has run multiple half marathons within the last few years and has a goal to run the next full Pittsburgh marathon. Also she has been vegetarian for the last 7 years so has taught herself how to cook many different meals and tends to have a lot of dinner parties.
Morgan started with Pine Richland 2 years ago, and cant wait for this upcoming season! She is going to be coaching Junior Varsity Sideline as well as both Competition Teams!
Born and raised in Greensburg, Maria started cheerleading at the youth level within the Hempfield Area School District. She continued to cheer throughout middle school and high school.
Maria attended Duquesne University to pursue nursing and graduated in 2003 with her bachelor’s degree. While at Duquesne, Maria cheered year round, was a sister of the Delta Zeta sorority, and a sweetheart of the Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity.
Upon graduation, Maria started her nursing career as a bedside nurse in the Pediatric ICU at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. After six years of pediatric experience, she transitioned to adult ICU at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. She decided to continue her education at the University of Pittsburgh in the Family Nurse Practitioner program. Graduating in 2011 with a master’s degree, she began working in aesthetic medicine. She is currently working as a certified noninvasive injector with Aestique Plastic Surgery & Medispa.
Maria has a passion for health and fitness and is also the proud owner and instructs fitness at Pure Barre Wexford. She resides in Gibsonia with her husband and two children. She has coached our middle school squad since 2023.
