Jared Urich

Head Coach

Coach Jared Urich became head coach of both men’s and women’s teams in 2025. Urich started with Pine-Richland as the novices coach in 2018, then proceeded to coach the Varsity Women’s team from 2019 up to 2025 before becoming the head coach.

Boats and athletes coached by Urich have earned 19 First Place finishes, 13 Second Place finishes, and 17 Third Place finishes, as well as a qualification for the SRAA National Championship in 2022 in the Women’s JV 4+ Category.

Coach Urich rowed for North Allegheny (2016) prior to attending the University of Pittsburgh (2020).

Megan Finney

Assistant Coach

Megan is a graduate of Pine Richland High School (2023) and is currently studying at Chatham University with a major in Cell and Molecular Biology and a minor in Psychology. Megan is an alumni of the Pine-Richland Rowing team and began coaching the Middle School team in 2024.
