Coach Jewart has coached Pine Richland Gymnastics since 2003. In 2024, Coach Jewart and the Rams Gymnastics Team secured their fourth WPIAL Championship and the first since 2009. The 2024 title makes Pine Richland the third winningest program in WPIAL league history behind only Moon and North Allegheny. PR also won titles in 2003, 2006, and 2009. Coach Jewart is excited to lead the 2025 Rams gymnastics team in an attempt to bring back-to-back titles to Pine Richland. After graduating from Bucknell University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science and a secondary English teaching certificate, Coach Jewart began his coaching career working for Elaine Jewart at Jewart’s Gymnastics, coaching in the family business until 2020. In 2022 Coach Jewart started his own gymnastics school – Roots Gymnastics which is now the home of the Rams Gymnastics team. Coach Jewart graduated from North Allegheny in 1989. Jewart was a member of the cross country and track and field teams at NA and also ran for Bucknell cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field teams.
